Report a Problem In-App

You can also reach us directly from the app: open your Profile, tap Settings, then "Report a Problem."

Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your Played account and all associated data at any time, right from the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This is self-service — no need to email us.
